About the Conference
The AMWA Annual Conference is the yearly networking meeting where medical communicators explore the latest medical writing trends and initiatives and learn about products and services that help advance them and their profession. Our members influence purchasing decisions for their companies, make the purchasing decisions themselves, or both.

The exhibit hall will be located in the Regency Ballroom foyer on the third floor of the Hyatt Regency Columbus. All conference activities will take place at the Hyatt and the exhibit hall is in a beautiful open space just outside the Regency Ballroom where the general sessions, poster presentations, and many group events will take place. The exhibit hall location allows for maximum traffic flow as attendees travel to/from general sessions and participate in the related food and beverage activities.
