Morning Yoga Sponsorship - $2,000

Your company logo to appear as an overlay for an hour-long morning yoga session from 9:00 - 10:00 AM ET
on Wednesday, June 30th. Your logo will also be included on the 'day in review' email sent to all attendees.

Evening Networking Opportunity Sponsorship - $2,000 each

Your company logo to appear as an overlay for a 45-minute evening networking session from 5:15 - 6:00 PM ET
on Monday, June 28th or Tuesday, June 29th. Your logo will also be included on the 'day in review' email sent to all attendees.


EXHIBITOR SESSIONS

Take sponsoring to the next level by participating in these sessions that allow you to showcase your products and services with more in-depth information and instruction. Sessions are available only to companies sponsoring at AFP ICON 2021. As with live AFP events, exhibitor sessions and Learning Labs will be promoted heavily throughout the conference and will be the first sessions available for attendees to view and will remain available for approximately 4 weeks following the live conference. Throughout the live event, hosts will be reminding attendees to check out the on-demand offerings over the course of their experience.

All exhibitor sessions need to be pre-recorded and are due to be submitted to AFP by no later than May 21, 2021.

WHAT AFP PROVIDES

  • Thirty (30) minute, pre-recorded session to be posted in the virtual conference platform for 30-days
  • Session title, description, presenter name, presentation files and/or handouts listed in the official session list
  • Post-conference metrics detailing the number of views the session received. Please note that AFP cannot guarantee attendance at these sessions. AFP will send instructions for providing company details and workshop descriptions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO PROVIDE

  • Adherence to session submission timeline (all session recordings are due to be submitted by no later than 5/21/2021)
  • Additional marketing of your session via your virtual booth or other avenues. Exhibitors and sponsors have access to state-of-the-art networking tools in the virtual booth to promote presentations to interested and qualified attendees!
  • Virtual sign in sheet to capture contact information should attendees of the session choose opt share it
